On April 29, 2020 Governor Ducey extended his Stay Home, Stay Healthy, Stay Connected order until at least May 15, 2020.  This new order does not change the status quo for community associations already existing under the initial order except to extend its restrictions until May 15th.  The Villages at Aviano Board will continue to monitor the guidelines and recommendations from governmental and health organizations going forward.  To download a copy of the new order CLICK HERE.

When will the Aviano Clubhouse and Recreation Facilities reopen?

the Aviano Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to extend the closure of the Aviano Clubhouse, Pool, and Recreation Facilities until further notice. As this is a constantly evolving situation, the Board will continue to monitor best practices as indicated by health officials and experts and will determine and communicate a re-open date as soon as is possible. Check out the latest information from the Aviano Clubhouse by visiting their website.

Will my assessment be discounted as a result of the temporary Recreation Facilities and Aviano Clubhouse closures?

At this time, the Villages at Aviano Community Association is not reducing or discounting assessments relating to the closing of community facilities. We are uncertain as to the duration of the closure and the costs which will be incurred by the association related to re-opening the amenities. To the extent these closures result in an overall savings and surplus cash to the association, during the next annual budgeting session, the Board will review funds on hand and projected expenses for the coming year and make adjustments to the budget as necessary. As we hope you understand, things are changing on a daily basis. To the extent the expectations regarding the duration of closure change, the Board may adjust their plans. If those plans are adjusted, Management will surely provide updates as appropriate.
